If you find a better price on an in stock product we will move heaven and earth to beat the price. FAQ

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product for us to process a return. The item must be shipped back to us within three days of receipt of the product. Email us (thegearbarrel@gmail.com) or call (352) 789-6899 and we will instruct you in how to return it to us. It MUST be in original, new and unused condition with all original paper work and box.  All purchases are subject to a restocking fee of 18% of the total amount you paid (this covers our shipping cost, Credit Card Fees and labor cost). Shipping charges are not refundable.

All Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the shipping cost that we pay for "Free" shipping along with Credit Card Fees.

Returns MUST be in unused factory new condition (never carried or any marks on the knife) with all the original paper work and box.

International Orders

Once an international order leaves our facility to our US shipping hub it is subject to a 18% restocking fee. This covers International shipping. All international shipping returns must be shipped back by the same method. For Example: If we shipped it to you FedEx Express it must be shipped back FedEx Express. This is to ensure the package is fully tracked back.  

Layaway purchases are non-returnable unless the item is defective.

 

Manufacturer Defects

All manufacture defective product must be sent directly to  manufacture for warranty work. This way you get you get your knife back faster and also save on shipping cost (if you were to ship it to us we would also have to charge you shipping from us to the manufacture and back).  We are more than happy to guide and advise you in the process.

EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item if I don't like it?
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 3 days of receipt of knife.  Knife must be in brand new condition. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us (352)-789-6899). There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply (Shipping cost that we paid is non-refundable). We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do. If the item is being returned and not exchanged for another, it will be subject to a 18% restocking fee.
