The Thistle features a new button lock that works in tandem with the steel liner lock, creating an exceptionally safe lock and release method. The quality stainless steel blade offers good edge-holding capabilities and strength along with a purpose-roughened, stonewashed finish that looks great while also hiding scratches. The curved handle provides cutting leverage as well as offering an extremely comfortable grip on the knife.
