The XM-18 is the combination of 25 years of knife making craftsmanship combined with modern CAD design and CNC technology. The result is a hard use folder that performs like a fixed blade. Built in Rick Hinderer's shop in small numbers to ensure quality. Framelock side features the patented Hinderer Lockbar Stabilizer (LBS) which prevents over torquing of the lockbar which can happen under stress (especially when using gloves). This is the first time the popular wharncliffe blade profile has been offered on the smaller 3" size. The scales on the XM-18 can be changed by the user to give a different look. This is the 3 inch version that provides all the strength of its larger counterpart but in a slightly smaller package.
